HOW TO ACCESS JPA.MY

This is what you should do.
Type http://www.interactive.jpa.gov.my/ in your google or yahoo search.
That will open up a search engine

click on
Laman Web Interaktif Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia
Jenis Pilihan / Searching Option. Negara / Country. Institusi / Institution ...
www.interactive.jpa.gov.my/webinteraktif/frmMainIktiraf.asp
notice that the word 'webinteraktif' is missing from the address they gave in our calling letter.

That should get you into the website although you might have to wait and wait.
Try to do it in the morning during office hours as it seems more accessible in the morning. Make sure you have your printer on standby.
